This is great with the magnetic turning. It is much easier to go fast when it wants to stop on the alignment of layers. The puzzle has a great feel as well. It does feel a little less robust then the KiYi. But, it doesn’t lock up. If you have the money, it is great.

The only thing I would really like to see is if they included a set of black pieces to swap out a color. Short of that, as you you would expect from Gan, it’s a great puzzle.

I bought this gift for my nephew and I opened the box and checked why this is more expensive than other similar items. Turned out, it glides smoothly and there is a nice weight on it. Doesn’t feel like cheap plastic unlike other cubes. I will definitely buy this again.

But the one I ordered new had no shrink wrap and the box looked scuffed, like it was secondhand. It functions like you’d think it would (GAN cubes are known to be really good) and that’s great, but I’m unsure if I’d buy from THIS entry.

It is definitely challenging. my 12 year old son can solve a regular 4×4 cube in under a minute. this is taking him longer and giving him something to do.

Gan makes about the best quality cubes for competitive cubers. This one completes my Gan collection and will for sure be the one I use at the next 12x competition I get to go to after the pandemic is over. It is much smoother than the other one’s I have gotten and I was mostly surprised at how lightweight it is. Looking forward to Gan putting out a 5×5 and some other cubes with their technology and know-how.

This cube is fun to use. It has only popped when im scrambling to fast and push a piece out. The pieces though fit right back in with EASE. No hassle. it turns wonderfully. Factory lubed and magnetic. No need for customizing but you can if you want. This cube is great for beginners and I recommend it to all pros aswell.
