Please be kindly noted that, due to the weight limit of postal service, the “Standard Shipping Method” delivery of GAN Mosaic Cube 10*10 will possibly be divided into 2 parts with 64 cubes in one package and 36 in the other one.
To customize your GAN Mosaic, please follow the steps below: 1. Scan or click the QR code on the right side of GAN Mosaic page and transform the picture you want into mosaic. 2. Send a mail to service@gancube.com and provide us with the order number and the export mosaic picture. 3. Wait for the confirmation mail from service@gancube.com. 4. It will take 7-15 workdays for the customized GAN Mosaic to process to ship out after the confirmation mail. Note: In principle, no refunds or exchanges are accepted on GAN Mosaic Cube Customization once the order is confirmed.
